Entering into a service agreement with Boppo Technologies constitutes a legal commitment to adhere to the engagement framework outlined herein. These terms govern the end-to-end lifecycle of software architecture, engineering execution, and system maintenance.
Intellectual Property & Source Code Ownership
Full intellectual property rights, source code ownership, and patent assignment are transferred to the client exclusively upon receipt of full milestone settlement. Until settlement is complete, architectural assets remain the proprietary property of Boppo Technologies.
Milestone Delivery & Review Lifecycle
We implement a structured 15-day technical feedback window following the delivery of any major release or milestone. Absence of written technical objections within this period constitutes formal architectural approval, and subsequent scope modifications will follow standard change request procedures.
Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Protocols
Zero leakage of proprietary client data is a fundamental operational policy. We enforce strict non-disclosure obligations across all engineering teams and expect reciprocal confidentiality regarding Boppo's technical methodologies and operational frameworks.
Warranty & Service Level Boundaries
Our delivery guarantees are defined by explicit Statement of Work (SOW) documents and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) agreed upon at project kickoff. Post-delivery features outside the original scope are managed through dedicated support and maintenance frameworks.
